I was nine years old when I got my first Sega Genesis on March 17, 1994. Yes, I remember the exaxct date.
My first videogame was Jurassic Park, and it took over a year for me to figure out how to beat it. Ever since then I
have amassed quite an impressive collection of videogames, spanning across six consoles, not including the ceesy $20 Tiger
electronic games. I got my first one of those when I was seven, but I don't count those as official videogames, just
because I said so. I've been a Sega Kid for most of my life, as you'll see, and was heart-broken when I heard of Sega's
death as a hardware company. But they are still around and more versitile in means of production as a software company,
so I am not completely pissed. I just don't like the fact that I'm going to have to but an X-Box and Gamecube to get
all of the Sega games that I want. Oh well.
